Members and supporters of the Satanic Temple partied it up at a Boston Marriott for SatanCon, holding dance parties and un-baptisms, and showing support for bodily autonomy and the separation of church and state. SatanCon, a sold-out three-day event has been touted as the “largest satanic gathering in history”.
The event, which marks the Temple’s 10-year anniversary, was dedicated to Democratic Boston Mayor Michelle Wu after the group wasn’t allowed to deliver a satanic invocation at a City Council meeting in 2021.
The conference has been replete with numerous guest speakers and lectures, many of which were dedicated to far-left identity politics.
THE EVENTS & LECTURES
Sins of the Flesh: Satanism and Self-Pleasure” was taught by Eric Sprankle, a “sexuality studies” professor at Minnesota State University-Mankato.
“Reclaiming the Trans Body: A/theistic strategies for Self-Determination and Empowerment,” was offered by Devi B. Dillard-Wright, a transgender woman who served as University of South Carolina-Aiken Associate Professor of Philosophy until July 2022.
Another event included “Hellbillies: Visible Satanism in Rural America,” which will be taught by Ash Schade, a transgender man who made headlines when he had a baby “after hooking up with someone on Grindr”.
THE SAD REALITY WE’RE LIVING IN 2023
While doing more research online into this event, I discovered that all the proceeds from SATACON will be going to fund abortions. In what the satanic temple terms “Providing free religious abortion care”.
I couldn’t believe what I was reading. How could an organization that claimed to be dedicated to protecting civil rights and religious freedom be so callous and indifferent to the sanctity of life?
And yet, there it was, in black and white, on their own website: “part of our commitment to protecting our members’ civil rights and ensuring that our religious rituals can be performed without government interference, the clinic represents one of the most important steps we have taken.
As I continued to read through the website, I found myself becoming more and more disturbed by what I was seeing.
The Satanic Temple seemed to be a group that was dedicated to promoting a culture of death and destruction, rather than one of life and hope. And yet, despite my revulsion, I couldn’t help but feel a sense of fascination and curiosity about this organization.
Below is an image from the event where a self proclaimed witch ripped out pages from the Bible while the crowd chanted “hail satan”. Afterwards there were people picking up the pages off the floor, and posing for pictures with them.

The current situation is nothing short of appalling, and it is with great dismay that I find myself unable to reconcile the fact that I reside in a nation that would permit such an occurrence to transpire.
The Temple, in its infinite wisdom, has chosen Boston as the location for this event, and it is not difficult to discern the reasoning behind this decision.
Boston is situated in close proximity to Salem, the site of the infamous witch trials, and it is not unreasonable to assume that the Temple is attempting to capitalize on this historical association.
It is difficult to fathom what the people of Salem, who were subjected to such heinous acts of persecution and injustice, would make of this current state of affairs.
One can only imagine the horror and disbelief that would be etched upon their faces were they to witness the spectacle that is unfolding before our very eyes.
It is a testament to the fact that our world has been turned on its head, with good being subverted and evil being exalted.
The implications of this event are far-reaching and profound, and it is imperative that we take a moment to reflect upon the gravity of the situation.
The very fabric of our society is being eroded, and it is up to us to take a stand against this insidious trend. We must not allow ourselves to be swayed by the whims of those who seek to undermine the values that we hold dear.
It is only through steadfast determination and unwavering commitment that we can hope to preserve the integrity of our society and ensure that justice prevails.
This is just more proof to show that we are living in the last days. These people are so lost, and we must pray for them. One thing to note, the members of the satanic temple claim they don’t believe in Satan either.
This is laughable at best. If they don’t believe in Satan, then why are they constantly chanting “hail satan”? It makes no sense. They are not fooling anyone.
As devout followers of the Christian faith, it is our solemn duty to offer our prayers for those who have strayed from the path of righteousness.
These individuals, who have lost their way, are in dire need of our supplications. We must beseech the Almighty to guide them towards the light and help them realize the gravity of their actions.
It is a heart-wrenching sight to see so many people wandering aimlessly, unaware of the consequences of their choices. We must pray that each and every one of them will be blessed with the wisdom to recognize the error of their ways and the courage to make amends.
As we bow our heads in prayer, let us remember the words of our Lord, “Forgive them Father, for they know not what they do”.
Let us ask for forgiveness on their behalf and pray that they may find their way back to the path of righteousness. May the grace of God be upon them and may they find peace in their hearts.
